Holiday shopping goes digital (imagine that)

None of that is surprising at all. Many online stores are starting to offer special deals specifically for online shoppers. Also, it is convenient for consumers for many reasons, one of them being the ability to multi-task (i.e. online shop, read the news, send e-mails, etc.)

This is not surprising to me at all. I, myself have recently begun online shopping and I must say that it has many positives. Many people did not want to face the cold temperatures and crowded parking lots of the holiday season in order to buy gifts for their loved ones, so shopping online was the perfect solution. It can be done in the comfort of your own home and at any time of the day or night. Many stores have the same sales online as they do in stores and once a certain amount is spent at one store, shipping is usually free. Overall the trend in online shopping has gone up so much as people realize how easy and convenient it is and then spread the news along to their friends.

Highly agree with that! Since the development of digital devices, digital shopping becomes more and more popular today. It's easier, cheaper and convinient to shopping online without going to the crowded places during holiday.

Obviously, in this digital age online shopping is going to be more prevalent. It's faster, easier, and you can find exactly what you want.
I recently went to the website of a store because they are not located near me and I wanted to see if their inventory would have more choices online than in store. I was surprised, and admittedly, a bit confused when their website held no inventory at all. The company is actually looking to start an online store this spring. However, because this company does not have online shopping at this point, I will not be making any purchases from them any time soon.
That is another dilemma that is overcome by online shopping.

I recently went to the website of a store that I really like because it's, unfortunately, not located any where near me and I wanted to see what other choices there were on their online inventory.

Digital shopping is more and more popular nowdays. It is convenient and has more choices. But I don't think the internet is a good place to buy expensive items. My friend ordered an iphone last summer but it was lost when being deleivered. The process to solve this problem was very troublesome.

Digital shopping has become more and more popular. Internet is a good channel for customers to choose items and it is convenient to process. However, I don't think it's a good idea to buy expensive items online because they can be easily lost during shipping.

I am excited to see the increase in digital shopping. The newer generation expects convenience and access to technology. Stores are going to be forced to offer digital shopping if they haven't already. If companies don't build relationships with the newer generations they could run into problems.

I am excited to see the increase in digital shopping. The younger generation expects convenience and access to technology. Companies are going to be forced to use digital technology if they haven't already. If companies don't they are bound to have problems.

I work in retail, so it is not hard for me to believe that people are going digital, in a way it makes sense, because people come to my store all the time looking for what they saw on the website, and when we don't have the item in store, we send them to the web, its just a matter of time before everything including visiting the doctor will some way some how becomes digital!
