This is very interesting and a great way to break down what a nonprofit can do to use social media. I know having worked for a nonprofit any new ways of advertising or reaching a new customer seems to be overwhelming. This article is a helpful tool.
I think that this article is spot on about choosing the right social media. I wish it offered more suggestions other than FB or Twitter. It is also an excellent point that you have to be willing to let go of control of the message once you join a site like this.
