This was an interesting website that I have never heard of. I spent a lot of time looking at career sites after I graduated KU. I usually steered away from sites like this and focused on the bigger names (linkedin, career builder, monster, ect). I think the best option is to find companies/positions on these websites but then apply through the company website. I have found this more beneficial and I think it says that one is interested in the specific company and not just applying to every job on a web page.

I think the range of companies that are advertising these jobs just further emphasizes the growing importance of social media marketing.
