Inbound Marketing and Automation

While marketers continue to "push" information to their customers and prospects, we need to do a better job at "listening" and Inbound Marketing.

Take a look at these numbers.  We MUST do better.

These marketing automation numbers are very surprising. The article states that B2Cs reported using 16% and B2Bs using 14% extensively. However, these numbers are the opposite according to the pie charts. I would have expected the B2C numbers to be much higher. Companies should be encouraged to use intergration for a more successful inbound marketing according to these research results.
