Social media can be as good as it can be bad for companies and their brands. Fortunately and unfortunately, many consumers use social media to share their positive and negative opinions. This is why it is imperative that marketers be prepared to respond quickly and effectively when those comments are negative. It is good to know tools are in place for this very purpose.
